Nina Vastl Štefe is an architect and textile artist. She worked actively as an architect until 2023, after which she spent a long time in the field of textiles designing and creating unique home textiles. Recently, she has been focusing on large-scale narrative textile pieces. In her project The Quilted Blanket of Life, she creates multifunctional textile pieces dedicated to the story of an individual, a family, or a place. Through personal stories, she explores major human questions, identity, history, emotions, and, above all, the things that connect us.
