Studio Monochrome Architects is an architectural studio founded by Peter Vezjak and Špela Hudnik. They have been active in the field of architecture for over 25 years, creating a distinctive dialogue on architecture both at home and abroad. They continue their innovative experimental approach, series of exquisite interiors, critical thinking, and the dialogue established at the International Architecture Biennale Ljubljana 2000–2008 (IABL) through international architectural projects, the Etat Collection furniture series, and the Salon de Plaisirs exhibition. The latter was showcased at major European fashion weeks, holds the Made in Slovenia certificate, and is part of the MGML contemporary design collection. They serve on numerous international juries, guest lecture at various universities (ESA Paris, Lusófona Lisbon, Vienna, etc.), and participate in European exhibitions as both authors and curators.
