Marles Houses Maribor is the oldest and largest Slovenian manufacturer of prefabricated timber buildings, with a tradition spanning over 125 years. They have already built more than 30,000 houses and 400 kindergartens and schools. Their primary markets are Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Croatia. They have show homes and a development and administrative center in Limbuš, as well as production facilities in Lovrenc na Pohorju and sales offices in Austria and Croatia. Their production capacity exceeds 50,000 m2. They offer standard, custom, multi-story, multi-unit, and modular buildings. The project team included Tadej Medved (Product Manager), Jernej Divjak (Designer), Igor Mavrič (Designer), Zvonko Smolar (Head of Construction Department), and Nika Bratović (Marketing Manager).
