A modular system of prefabricated wooden elements.
The Fresh line allows different configurations and layout typologies using standardized modular external walls. It derives from the modernist prefabrication heritage, adapting it to modern materials and living requirements. The system harnesses the advantages of modularity to introduce contemporary architectural approaches that ensure the houses never appear rigid or ordinary: interior opening outwards, large panoramic windows and a wood-clad façade that hides the joints between modules. The fabrication process and on-site assembly are optimized to ensure quick delivery and installation, and smart material usage. Fresh is the most sustainable Marles line – the raw materials, predominantly wood, are certified and predominantly recyclable.
