PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product stands in contrast to internet selfie culture, as the embroidered self-portrait, *Selfi*, is created through a deep, contemplative process using the traditional textile craft of embroidery.
The Oloop collective uses embroidery in socially engaged projects as a tool for connection, exchange, belonging, and communication. This project was developed in collaboration with the Odnos association through creative and educational workshops with groups of immigrant and refugee women from various parts of the world – including Albania, Macedonia, Turkey, Iran, Morocco, Syria, and beyond.
