Hand-embroidered textile wall.
The textile wall hanging titled Women Weaving Narratives is the result of a collaboration between the Oloop collective, the UP Humanitarian Charity Society, and women of various faiths and nationalities. This hand-embroidered piece represents their eight-month contemplative creative journey, during which they reflected on the significant aspects that give their lives special meaning. The artists from Oloop translated the women's stories into symbols, which the participants then embroidered onto the textile surface.

The Oloop collective consists of Tjaša Bavcon, Jasmina Ferček, and Katja Burger Kovič. They work at the intersection of art, design, and socio-social and participatory practices.
