PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Peča blanket is a sustainable, high-quality product made from 100% wool. Featuring a historical motif in contemporary color combinations, it brings a modern twist to cultural heritage and keeps the knitting craft alive.

The Peča blanket is a digital interpretation of a traditional motif – a headscarf kept by the Slovene Ethnographic Museum. It is based on a drawing by ethnographer Albert Sič, who made it while compiling and documenting folk ornaments. To complement the patterns, the authors constantly experiment with colors, which play an important role in shaping the product. Peča blankets have been in the market for nearly a decade, producing 70 to 80 pieces in new color combinations every year. They are made exclusively from high-quality RWS-certified wool. The product is a collaboration with an experienced local knitter, with whom the authors share knowledge and support.
