Ana Baraga proceeded to pursue a career as a self-employed professional in the cultural sector, specialising in both illustration and graphic design upon completion of her degree in Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (ALUO) in Ljubljana in 2014. Her work has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Brumen Biennial of Slovenian Design Award of Excellence in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019, the Slovenian Designers Association Award in 2013, Young Artist Honorary Award at the 10th Slovenian Biennial of Illustration, and the ALUO Award in recognition of her graduation thesis in 2015.
