Primož Jeza is an architect and designer who has built his career not only in architecture and design but also in resistance—resistance to fleeting trends, superficial aesthetics, and a culture of transience. He leads PRIMOZJEZASTUDIO from Ljubljana, where he also teaches at the Faculty of Architecture and the Academy of Fine Arts and Design. Over the years, he has developed a practice based on ideas that stand the test of time—not because they follow fashion, but because they reject it. His design language resists being categorized by trends; it is thoughtful, critical, and always rooted in purpose. Jeza has received numerous accolades for his work, from the student Plečnik Award during his studies to the Red Dot and Arte Laguna awards later in his professional career. Nevertheless, awards are not what define his success. His true contribution lies not in the volume of his output or the shine of his trophies, but in his ability to create spaces and objects that transcend the moment of their creation.
