Urška in Tomaž Draž

Urška Draž is a fashion designer and co-founder of Studio Draž. She graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering in Ljubljana and furthered her education at Nottingham Trent University in the UK. In 2016, she completed her master's degree with a thesis titled The Subconscious Power of Clothing. In her work, she explores the significance of touch, texture, and sustainability, believing that a garment is not merely protection for the body, but also a carrier of memory, identity, and one's relationship with the world. She has received several awards for her work, including the Elle Style Award for the Diatomeja collection (2013).

Tomaž Draž is a knitwear designer and co-founder of Studio Draž. After studying electrical engineering in Ljubljana and design at the Open University in London, he dedicated himself entirely to researching textures, materials, and innovative knitting techniques. He emphasizes the connection between technology, craftsmanship, and sustainability. He believes that high-quality clothing is not just an aesthetic object, but a lasting expression of respect for people, the environment, and the times in which we live.
