Furniture made from invasive wood species.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Gleditsia triacanthos is the Latin name for the honey locust, an invasive tree species that serves as a DIY material for furniture designers.
Furniture plans are available in both printed and online formats as open-source solutions. Invasive alien species can therefore be quite friendly, provided we are resourceful and prudent enough to make the best use of them, turning a perceived threat into a strategic opportunity.
