Handcrafted stone platter made from local limestone – elegant, sustainable, and unique serving accessory.
Made from Lipica Fiorito or Lipica Unito limestone, it is perfect for serving nuts, canapés, desserts, and other snacks. More than just a serving platter, Mirin doubles as a decorative piece, adding a touch of natural elegance to any space.
Each tray is crafted from natural stone, making every piece truly one of a kind. The fossilised shell textures in the limestone create unique patterns that cannot be replicated, turning every Mirin platter into a distinctive piece with unparalleled character.
The sustainable Mirin will retain its beauty and functionality for generations when cared for properly. Its minimalist design complements any setting, making it ideal for both everyday use and special occasions. The platter’s slim, slightly rounded edges lend it a refined and delicate appearance, while its sturdy and resilient construction ensures exceptional performance.
The stonemasonry tradition in the Slovenian Karst region has evolved over centuries, with roots that trace back to antiquity. Using local limestone in design not only provides aesthetic value but also honours a rich heritage, giving it a modern expression.
