Čeberol'ca

Čeberol'ca waxed canvas is suitable for wrapping all types of food (fruit, vegetables, cheese, bread, sandwiches, cakes, snacks) and covering containers, cups, glasses, and food leftovers. The product keeps your food fresh for longer and keep out liquids and odours. The cloth is shaped with the warmth of your hand. Use Čeberol'ca at home, on trips or to wrap up snacks for work. Wash and reuse after use.

It is made from organic natural materials: cotton dyed with natural pigments and waxed with a mixture of beeswax, linseed oil and pine resin. One roll will last for up to two and a half years.

Beeswax symbolises industriousness, nature and the ecosystem. This makes the gift particularly meaningful to the recipient. It also evokes the historical food storage practices in Slovenia, namely in waxed linen cloths. The creator designed the product for personal use and, as it was a success, developed a commercial version.
