PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Oljarna Kocbek mill offers only Slovenian products on the market, made from Slovenian raw materials using the old traditional method. Their oils are natural and of the highest quality, produced on traditional machines from selected seeds grown by local farmers. Inspired by the Far East, this year Oljarna Kocbek launched a special bottle of organic Štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil on the Slovenian market, presented in a handmade gift box.

Štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil is a product with protected geographical indication. This confirms Slovenia's pioneering role in large-scale processing of pumpkin seeds as early as 1750, and highlights the country's rich culinary heritage. The historical intertwining of pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seed processing has provided inspiration for the development of modern culinary products based on local identity.
