Swing Wooden Bowls

The Swing wooden bowls are characterised by a simple shape, elegant and lightweight construction, minimal use of materials and a variety of storage options. They are made from veneer and are designed so that each bowl can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be closed by another bowl that acts as a lid. This allows for a variety of layouts and uses. The elegant conical cylinder shape is accentuated by the thin walls of the bowl. The slightly curved base of the Swing wooden bowl gives the impression of floating gently above the surface. On contact, the bowl gently swings, transforming a static element into a dynamic one. This dynamism is further enhanced by stacking the bowls one inside the other.
