Krater kapsula je izdelana iz glivnega biokompozita in oblikovana za shranjevanje keramične skodelice Krater kup, lahko pa se uporablja tudi za shranjevanje čaja.

Izdelek tudi spodbuja komunikacijo o problematiki invazivnih rastlin in potencialu biokompozitov. S slednjimi bi lahko nadomeščali plastično embalažo, umetne materiale za toplotno ali zvočno izolacijo idr. Uporabljeni material izvira iz gradbene jame na lokaciji, kjer deluje ustvarjalni laboratorij Krater, zato je izdelek mikrolokalen.
