Projekt Papir + bioplastika temelji na načelih krožnega oblikovanja in prakse »naredi sam«.

V obliki delavnic in istoimenske knjige uporabnikom predstavlja preproste recepte, po katerih lahko pripravijo nove materiale. Upira se uveljavljenim in vse bolj spornim sistemom potrošništva, in sicer tako, da moč odločanja o okoljskih spremembah prepušča končnemu uporabniku.
